Hello all! I live in southern Maine and have logged 50 miles so far on my new Specialized Sequoia Elite. I'm a newbie to biking; an avid runner who was forced into cross training as a result of a torn meniscus in my knee (and subsequent surgery this spring). Now I'm wondering why I wasted all these years pounding out miles on just my feet--the cycling bug has definitely bitten me. I'm looking forward to reading these forums as a great source of information. Take care.
