Greetings all. Finally decided to buy a "real" bike and give this cycling thing a try. Now I'm just starting out on my specialized Allez. I haven't really biked since I was on a 10-speed as a teen in the 80s, so I'm looking forward to the riding. I'm amazed at how light the bikes are.
I found this site searching for online training diaries, and found one I'm trying out.
And, truth be told, a certain fellow Texas native helped push me toward exploring this sport again. :)
