Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I'm building a bike, Cannondale 58cm road bike, and it has a headshok suspension. I trashed the fork when I was putting on the brakes (the cost of learning how to do my own repairs) and now I need a fork. I'm not having any luck on eBay and I don't want to buy a new fork from Cannondale (they have 7 left and don't make them anymore). Does anyone here have a used fork that might work that they would like to part with.
I apologize if this is not the proper forum to make such a request, but it occurred to me that since the bike has headshok suspension that this might be an appropriate place to look. Thanks.

Hi,
Are you still looking for a silk road fork? I have one i no longer need because I have converted my silk road to a rdgid carbon fork. Its SAECO red and comes with both bearings and a 13cm stem. Please reply to this if you still need one.
Cheers

You can get headset reducers to run a standard fork.
