!!!!!!!!!!!!
not that I know of (haven't done much research into hubs though) - I did find when researching for my new bike set up that usually 135mm disc hubs will work fine with 130mm drop outs.

Not a hubset but the Velomax (Easton) Sagitta wheelset is built for 130mm spacing.

The Salsa Las Cruces is disc compatible and has a 135mm spaced rear end. It's nice and light also...

I learned from another thread that Pantour makes the only 130mm disc hub other than the ones used in the Velomax Sagitta wheels. It's a little weird though -- the hub has a suspension built into it.
Supposedly, Shimano will be producing such a hub soon, but I don't have any more info on this...

Correction: Shimano isn't planning on making them. That was wrong... However, 130mm Shimano and Campy compatible hubs are available from Velocity USA. I just emailed them and they told me this:
Yes, we do in fact have a 130mm disc hub, we already have them in stock.
Presently, we are only producing these hubs in a 32 hole variety. Some
specs include:
4 sealed cartridge bearings
Aluminum axle
Aluminum end caps
Polished black anodized hub shell with laser etched logo
Available with Shimano and Campagnolo free hub bodies
