Any flatlanders out there have any advice for how to do a trackstand? I can balance on the front tire but i have trouble getting from my bike to the front tire and from the front tire back to the bike.

I'll usually start 'em from the pedal and front peg (left foot on right pedal) and roll in quick but just barely slow enough not to pitch the frame upright when I transfer to the front wheel. Remember, any kind of spin, rotation or pivot starts with your eyes. Eyes, head, shoulders, hips, bike.

Riding out is the same story...I'll set my pedal with my balance foot and just *look* where I want to pivot. My head follows my eyes, shoulders follow head, hips follow shoulders, catch the pedal and I'm back on the bike.
