Hello!
I recently retrieved my old Botteccia from my ex's basement.
I got it for high school graduation in 1973 (do the math!). I rode lots in those days because I did not drive until I was 20.
After that, I used the bike less and less, and when I had kids it was relegated to the basement.
Last month, my daughter and I were going through some old boxes and found the receipt for the bike. This discovery inspired me to retrieve the bike and get it serviced.
I LOVE getting back on the old bike---we are quite the pair as we speed around town!
I joined the site because hoping to find parts for my old bike, learn to do all my own maintenance, meet people and just have fun.
