Since it's traditional to strip of all non-essentials in the summer, I gave my bike a "summer makeover." Vide:

It is fun to ride and catches lots of attention on the bike path. I don't know the weight, but it's still a heavy-duty, clydesdale-type bike that can put up with lots of potholes and a heavy rider. The "upside-down moustache" bars make for an upright, but comfortable position when on the bar ends, and a "racing stretch" position when in the bends. So far, I think I like these better than my road bars! Time will tell. :)
