i'm always looking for people who have had similar injuries and i think a forum dedicated to rehab'ing of injuries (length of time, level of activity during injury, etc) would be helpful to people.

Why not general or even foo? Or training and fitness would work exceptionally well as well. I don't really see a need for a forum dedicated to only injuries :)
Besides who knows what information someone may grab and try because the forum has an area dedicated to rehab and then that knowledge being wrong and causing more injury. Could be a bad experience :)
