ok, so my photographer friend was bored and we were scheming up some absurd scenarios...

Candidly, you didn't have to tell us that it was staged - that is completely obvious. That being said, I have seen the real thing once too often to find it even remotely amusing.

This pic looks like a good candidate for a funny caption contest. Like maybe the guy with the radio is saying "He kept his U-lock, but where's his frame pump?" And the guy in the white shirt says "I think I see it...up there somewhere." Or something.

Dave Chappelle being a crackhead is hilarious. That's what I meant. Real crackheads aren't that funny, and neither are real bike accidents, or real drug overdoses, etc.

Obviously 9/11 wasn't funny. But, after a while, after the pain subsided for many people, comedians started making jokes about it, and as tragic as it all was, it was still FUNNY.

It helps to try to appreciate the humor that can be found in most things.
