Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - photo of a horrible bike wreck on the williamsburg bridge

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

ok, so my photographer friend was bored and we were scheming up some absurd scenarios...

Candidly, you didn't have to tell us that it was staged - that is completely obvious. That being said, I have seen the real thing once too often to find it even remotely amusing.

That's funny. You hear that skydive? It's FUNNY.
My friend died from a drug overdose. It doesn't make crackheads any less funny.
There's no sense in dwelling on negative things...

Yeah, it's hilarious. Here let me laugh: Muhahahahahahahahahahahahaha! Oh yes, I slap my knee in total bemusement everytime I see a crackhead! Wait, I can't hold it back......muhahahahahahahahahaha!

and he calls himself a photographer - it's a bit soft innit? :D
funny pic though - you've got to wonder what's happened to the guys ass that deserves a radio, a mobile phone and a finger.

This pic looks like a good candidate for a funny caption contest. Like maybe the guy with the radio is saying "He kept his U-lock, but where's his frame pump?" And the guy in the white shirt says "I think I see it...up there somewhere." Or something.

Now you got it! :D
Dave Chappelle being a crackhead is hilarious. That's what I meant. Real crackheads aren't that funny, and neither are real bike accidents, or real drug overdoses, etc.
Obviously 9/11 wasn't funny. But, after a while, after the pain subsided for many people, comedians started making jokes about it, and as tragic as it all was, it was still FUNNY.
It helps to try to appreciate the humor that can be found in most things.

The *cough cough* was because I didn't really have anything else to say.

neat. Indesign has a command that'll just fill a box with the stuff. The next step would be to Gizoogle it.

I almost opened up Indesign just for the lorem Ipsum, but for whatever reason thought it was too much work, so I googled.

oops. I thought I was using my invisible-to-tools font. Sorry dude. You weren't supposed too see that.
I really don't want to draw this out, but you know that referring to yourself in the third person is annoying-- albeit, typos are as well. <insert dorky face>
Seriously though, please don't leave yet. I thought we could become friends. <insert smug face>

There's nothing more pathetic and sympathy-inspiring than the post crash admixture of blood, flesh, and torn lycra. I truly mean that.
It's also one of the reasons I wear denim shorts over my bike shorts. If I go down, I'd like to not be a rolling case of indecent exposure.
