Can anybody tell me where I can read how a 105 triple front shifter works? I am having trouble with adjustment and I think I could do better if I did. I think I might have a bad shifter? Thanks JPW

If you mean the front derailleur go to parktool.com and you will find adjustment instructions there that cover adjustment of the cage position, cable tension and limit screw settings.
