First pro bike I owned was a beaut - Motobecane Team Champion with Campy Nuevo Record and Cinelli components. Beautiful lugwork and a wonderfully responsive frame. What a mistake in selling it! My current Davidson Impulse is great for comfortable long hauls, but I miss the way that Moto jumped when I sprinted. I'd like to get a mid-70's vintage Team Champion again, about 25" / 55?cm frame. Where would I start to look?

Start by asking on the CR list... And post a wanted ad on the CR site. I remember Tom Hanson had a track version that I think was for sale a couple of years ago; he may still have it. It was around a 24"-25" (but bigger than 55cm) frame. They are nice, but generally the most expensive Motos. Also, keep checking on eBay...

TheOTherGuy,
I believe that Dale took down the For Sale and WTB sections of Classic
Rendezvous due to the huge number of scammers that responded
to adverts or offered to sell Cinelli SC's for $200.00
