The site says it's Belgian supermodel Anouck Lepere, not a bike racer at all... I can't seem to mind, though... But it would be super hot if she had the saddle set properly, and was doing a proper trackstand without holding that rail...

hey i just found a pair of those same shoes she has on in a dumpster. i needed a pair of shoes too.
i don't think i will look as cute as her on a bike though. of course i would rather wear my underwear like she is than any old pair of spandex or biker shorts.

Cause I'm gonna oogle the heck out of that model. Damn.

Maybe she had a good time with the photo shoot, and is thinking to herself, "Wow, I never knew bikes were so fun!" And now she rides a lot. But unfortunately she is getting really lonely... All her model friends think bikes are silly, so her rides are late at night, all alone... :( She's secretly hoping to find a really strong, confident young track rider (or even a ruggedly handsome 'bad boy' messenger boy!) to show her some tricks, and help her with her bike handling skills. If only they'd ride up beside her one fateful night, she could show him a few tricks of her own, too...

And about the bike, the bike rocks. Its probably a loaner from a shop, so they didn't want to set it up with the steerer cut all the way down, since it wouldn't be easy to sell afterwards, so they just cut it a little long and balanced it out with spacers and a negative rise stem. Saddle could be a little higher, but then, if the bars were lower, the saddle would look more appropriate.

Just to add a little geeky info... yes this hub would break if you laced the spoke radially... but not when you laced it cross, like the bike in the picture.

I really don't think Gios really cares about fixie geeks. The high profile product placement seems to rank higher on the priority list. HOT pic. HOT bike. HOT chic, who cares if she rides? Bike riding would be the last on my list of what I'd like to do with her.
