So I commute to work, 20m round trip. I ride the fixie to work. I was wondering of the other tri-ers out there would count the 1.25 hours on the commute into the overall training hours. I'll sometimes do one leg drills on the fixie on a flat stretch multi-use path. Or do the 35-40 minutes/session not equal the same benifit of 1.25hr session.
I still bike longer on the weekends and include transition runs after the commute home. Just looking for some feedback.
