No one may be interested but I am really stoked. My grandson Matthew and I did our first fun ride on our old tandem on Sunday. 40km. It was a last miute descion. I was going to do the 70km ride with my brother inlaw, Hugh, but he broke ribs while MTBing and is not fully recovered yet. So I thought I wonder if Matthew would join me on the tandem. He said yes. So a quick 10km around the block to see if he felt happy, on the bike. We did it. Averaged 23KMH. Not fast, but great fun.
I will see if I can attach a photo.
Cheers Brian

Congrats to grandpa and grandson in Kiwiland!
Our youngest grandson used to stand next to grandma Kay and look in a full length mirror to see how much he needed to grow to catch up her 4' 10 3/4" height.
When finally he was as tall as Kay he gave us the following line: "Now that I'm as tall as grandma I can ride with grandpa on the tandem!" So we did . . .

Pedal on TWOgether!
