Hi, I am thinking of commuting to jury duty, because it doesn't start until 9 a.m., so I have plenty of time to get there...my best route will either follow a pretty busy 3 lane road or go through a "bad" section of town, druggies, late night shootings, etc. I figure if I go real fast during that section I should be alright, it's about 1 or 2 miles of the total 9 mile commute. If I take the busy route, it would be 5 or 6 miles of traffic...what would you do? This is Raleigh, n.c. if that helps, coming from garner...the "bad" part is state street...thanks, jp
If the path through the bad section of town is the more efficient path, take that in the morning. Then in the afternoon maybe take the busier road.
Where I'm from the "bad" sections aren't as bad before noon or so.
Is it not great that druggies and street thugs like to sleep-in. It would be terrible if they were highly motivated people that rose at the crack of dawn!
Don’t forget a change of shirt and your deodorant. It could be tough on your fellow juries if you start to ripen up in the afternoon. :)
