What do you guys think of Bill Lewis? He made a track bike in 1983 for himself, a 59cm beauty with a blue gradient paintjob. Reynolds 251 tubing, the works.

I can't find his website but I know that he worked out of Scotia, New York in the Adirondeck Mountains. He built lots of road frames and only one track frame for himself, which I just picked up.
