I'm George from Hanover, Pa. I'm 56 and ride an old Trek 730. I mainly self contain bike tour one week at a time. Last year I did cape breton. I'm getting ready to do the Blue Ridge Parkway. I've done the C&O canal on several occasions. That's about it.
