alright well i have a problem when i shift it will get like stuck on 2nd and just make a loud clicking. i am a diy guy but i am a newby when it comes to bikes. i know people said the tension on the lines or what ever but i have no idea what that means if someone could tell me what to do it would be great. thanks in advance

You could search this forum, the Web, etc, and find info on how to adjust your derailleurs. You're probably better off going to your LBS, or an experienced cyclist/mechanic, and asking them to show you how it all works.

Do you have a 3 or more speed bike. The rules for fixing are different.
