I am a female writer/photographer working on starting my own cycling photography business. I currently work as a newspaper reporter covering police, fire and sports. I have a mountain bike and am kicking things up and purchasing a new road bike. I used to bike a lot when I was in my 20s and am returning to it now that I am 50. Figure I'll live longer. :)
In the meantime, we have a great cycling community where I live north of Toronto and between riding and shooting pictures I can keep busy. Am looking forward to participating in this group.

Welcome! There are lots of riders from the GTA in the forums. You might consider joining the Toronto Bicycling Network if you haven't already:

Post some of your work, I'm sure people would like to see it.

Hey cycleshots,

Welcome to the forums. I'd be interested in seeing your shots as well. I still have a pic that I purchased from the early 1990s of the Winter Alley Cat races (great winter shot) and am always looking for more to add to the walls. :D
