I had 5 bikes in my bedroom in various stages of disassembly. The other night Hanibal lecter brings back a live mouse and after half an hour of trying to seperate cat, mouse and 12 wheels in the dark I decide Iv'e got to get rid of some of this stuff
2 of the frames are 1970s classics, 531c original paint,decals, the works .I advertise far and wide in magazines,specialist forums etc for £45.00 each ($65.00) no takers.
So I re-advertise them as ordinary training frames
and they both sell within 3 days. One of the buyers driving 250 miles the other 120 miles!....?
