General Cycling Discussion - Life's a beach

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Coming to you live from the balmy shores of Southern Alabama. It's a rough life but somebody's got to do it. :) BTW, binoculars come in handy from the balcony.;)
Stopped in at a bike shop today, (Tri-it Bicycle Shop (http://www.tri-itbicycleshop.com) ), and talked to them about the local trails. He suggested the West Univ. of FL trail in Tallahassee, so I'm gonna try it if I can get away. Nice shop and very helpful.

What are you doing on the balcony? Why aren't you on the beach, yet?

Lucky you.
With those binoculars you should be able to pick out the "perfect" spot on the beach, if you get my drift. :D

That's cruel and unusual punishment to see a picture like that while I'm stuck here behind a desk. Enjoy it for the rest of us. :p

Two great places to ride in Tallahassee include "Tom Brown Park" and the "Red Bug Trail", when you get there stop at a local shop in town and ask for directions! Red Bug is shorter, but really fun, Tom Brown is bigger and also a blast!

I was in washington DC last week, and went to a few places on the way home.......it was terribly hot in DC, almost 100F and humid every day.
