I've just started biking after taking a couple of years off...unfortunately I developed both cubital tunnel (elbows) and carpal tunnel (wrists) in the intervening time. So I sold off my mountain bike to a friend in Plano, and got myself a new hybrid, so I could sit more upright and put less pressure on my arms. Now we're biking together once a week, sometimes at Lake Mineral Wells Trailway (old railway, now "paved" with finely crushed limestone). I also enjoy biking with my dogs - all three of them, one at a time, ranging from 55 to 70 pounds - and have used both the Springer and the Walkydog with good success. If anyone knows more about biking with bad arms, or biking with dogs, please feel free to share. :)
