Okay, almost every time I get decent air, I screw up my wrists real bad and it hurts for 15 minutes at least. What are some ways to help my wrists from falling apart?

Squeezing a tennis ball for a couple minutes every day will help strengthen forearm muscles and work connective tissue in the wrists and fingers.

And you should seriously look into getting a girlfriend.

Don't lie to me.

There's no need to lie to use. It's much easier to just confuse you with facts.

Mate, my wrists are cactus too, which doesn't help me because I'm a full time musician. What i did was invest in a couple of wrist guards. Don't get the dickie looking ones that bladers wear, get some soft wrap around ones with velcro attachments. They give heaps of support and will help yur wrsts from being jarred when you land.. Tell me how it goes :)

I got a pair of 'six six one' wrist guards, and aside from the fact that the velcro fell apart almost immediatly, they worked wonderfully.

Yeah, mine are falling apart too but they stil work a treat. My problem is that mutant funky smell they get after you've been riding all day. (You knw? The one that won't wash off) Dickhead me decided to spray some of my lovely expensive perfume on them to get them to smell better and the two smells binded and made things even worse. I've taken to throwing disinfectant into the washing machine when I wash them...

How much do those 661's run? It's nice to see a wrist guard that isn't frooty. Until I get those, will gloves help at all? I haven't been wearing my gloves due to the heat.

If you want gloves and have wrist problems, get the Fox Static Wrist Wrap IIs. Otherwise, just get a McDavid 452 wrist wrap or a 454 wrist brace (I have both, and use them interchangably, depending on how bad my wrists are hurting).

I've been using Seirus Jam Masters for a couple seasons (snowboarding) and I'll throw them under gloves occasionally if I'm having a bad wrist day. These are the loswest profile under-glove wristguards I've found so far that actually stabilize the wrist both above and below (most guards that go under gloves have no protection over the back of the hand, allowing you to still break your wrist).
