Hello all, i found some really good tips going through this site so decided to join. I have been biking for many many years. never seriously trained though. Right now i am thinking of training for events such as the half-marathon and a triathlon. Though i've ridden for many years, i feel there is a lot i need to learn about technique and riding efficiency. My bike timing is still pretty poor and i hope to improve on this in the near future with a little help from you guys!
