Training & Nutrition - Best wind/fluid trainer

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Anyone here have opinions on what's the best wind or fluid trainer. Heard alot about Cyclops fluid trainer but all new to me. Thanks.

Try the 1upusa (www.1upusa.com). It is the best out there, IMO and it looks great. Free shipping and 60 day money back guarantee (with return shipping).

Why not really ride your bike? Rollers are a great workout and good for your skills.
Watch for a new company coming out with "Free Motion" rollers. I you thouht you didn't like rollers because they were too hard to ride these will impress!

Care to elaborate any further about these "free motion" rollers?

Just a few more weeks before we can release the "Free Motion" to the rest of the cycling world.
I can say this: You can't come off, (front to rear) and anyone that can ride rollers now will be able to stand out of the saddle and sprint, 40+ mph. If you've never ridden rollers or just can't seem to get comfortable we'll have you riding like a pro in 10 mins. It's more like riding your bike.
It's from the people that developed the "Inside Ride".
That's all for now.
