Hi I live in paradise with my partner & cat ( remus ). My partner (44 yrs )has just completed his first half marathon after only starting running 4 months ago. I went along as a spectator & was so enthused I have also started running ( up to 6 kms in 4 weeks !). I also said I'd do the bike leg in a tri in November so am now panicking. We've bought an avanti racing bike & can both use it fortunately but I'm nervous on the road amongst other cycling worries that I guess most people have when they first start. Well.... begin with the end in mind !! Have to start somewhere !!!:D
