I'm a regular road/MB rider (about 50-75 miles a week, lots of hill climbing). Would like suggestions on:
1) Good century rides in SoCal
2) Training regiment for centuries (remember seeing a mag article with daily/weekly chart)
3) Comments on higher end carbon fiber road bikes (like Cannondale). Are Bianchi's new offerings any good? Is Cannondale's six13 worth the big bucks?
