I did a 21.2 mile ride today with my Polar F11 and cs200 running at the same time to compare the calorie burn.
The cs200 said my calorie burn was 989 and the F11 said 1263. Granted I had the F11 running for 6 minutes longer but still
Ride time was 101:54 and my average speed was 20.6. This was with a lot of stops for traffic lights and a 5-15 mph headwind for half the route. The other half was the same tailwind.
I know I probably burned less than 989, but it’s closer than 1263.
