Hello, this is Buddha Knuckle from Philadelphia and boy do I love bikes. I love riding them, flying them, taking them apart, and building them. I am succeeding in brainwashing those around me into riding their bicycles more. I'm glad I found a bunch of fellow heads like yourselves. My particular interests are: frankenbikes and fixed gears, bike touring and camping, nutrition, and naturally bike commuting. I look forward to trading thoughts with you folks.

Peace,
BK

Welcome to the Forums! Sounds like you're doing good for the cycling community by getting people into it.

I'm not far from you at all, in PA!

Hi Delirious5,

I don't hang out on the forum too much these days, mostly because I no longer work in front of a computer. I DO, however, hang out in W. Philly and at the 'Bike Church' on 40th & Locust. I don't know anything about you, so this is going out on a limb...but if you ever need a place to work on your bike, the Bike Church is a bike co-op group that meets 2x a week in a chruch basement. They have a mess of tools and volumes of bike repair experience available for you.

Peace

Delirious5,

It is actually located just east of the Bike Line, on Penn's campus, behind the old stone church. It is hard to find, but that's part of the mystique.

Peace
