Bicycle Mechanics - Need some help with Squeaky Noises

I am currently touring and I have been hearing some noises from my Aluminum Cannondale. I hear some squeaking from my titanium seat post, and I was a little worried at first, but I've just come to accept the noise which happens when I hit a bump and bounce a little.
I am more concerned about the squeaking from the frame at the cranks. I've just recently had the bike serviced and they didn't seem to notice that anything was loose. If I push hard on either side, I can make it squeak.
Should I be worried? What do you think it is?

Honestly, I'm not sure about your cranks. For your seatpost, try taking it out and putting some grease on. Put it back in and try it out, that could be the problem...I don't think it would squeak if it was cracked.

From the b.b. area it could be a numer og things. It could be the pedal bearings. If they are loose ball grease them if that is the problem. if the are sealed replace them if this is the problem. It could be the pedal spindle where it threads in to the crank arm. If so apply a thin coat of grease to it. It could be the crank arms are loose or fatigued. It could be that b.b. cup threads, if so apply a lining of teflon tape to them. As far as your seat post, they make a tittanium anti seize lube that should solve that.

Squeaks can be a pain, Instead of grease on the seat post I use ivory soap, just rub it on all the way around and re-install the post, when I used to use grease it would just get all over everything and leach out the bottom bracket on hot days. As for the lower end squeaks, I found the pedal to cleat attachment to squeak after putting miles on them, soap them up too. good luck
