Ever have one of those moments where you are in pain telling you self that you did not just do that, you did not just do that... Well for me last night was one of those nights. I was making a potato cheese Galette as a side to dinner. Put it all together in a 9 inch fry pan. After 10 min on the stove tip I put it in the oven at 450 for 15 min. Got the hot pad and pulled it out, fixed up the salad then went to plate up the Galette. So I grabbed the 450 degree handle and heard a frying sound. After the white light that I saw and the pain I was standing in the kitchen looking at a All Clad symbol on my palm. The doc tells me it will be better then 2 weeks before I can start putting pressure on it again. GERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR 2 weeks, its starting to be some of the best early morning and late evening riding here in PA. Sorry just needed to vent my frustration with my self to someone that would understand why I am upset. The folks at work just don’t get it.
