Interesting, the Cat 4 champion rides for a team in Southern Maryland.
I wonder how many BF members did this race? Sherpa was the only one from Bike Forums whose name I recognized.

While I was racing the Cat 4 race, my wife was taking the movies and photos you see in the first half of the album. As soon as my race finished, I went behind the camera and did the rest (after the Cat 4 finishing photos). That's me, by the way, mocking myself in the "Just follow the KOM polka dots" (http://www.steephill.tv/galleries/2005/fort-ord/pictures/cat%204%20wall%20-%20leaving%2314a15.html) photo.

Steve, whats the gradient/length of the hill the Cat 5's are doing the paperboy weave up?
I'm not sure. It wasn't that bad... it was short and maybe 12%. The pictures you saw were taken near the top of the wall so you can see it's not a long climb. I guess those riders were gased making it seem worse then it really was.
