Dusk at the 8-ball this fall
Any one intrested in some racing? Say, 2 lap four or five person heats on one of the four single track loops.
Every one throws in some loot we buy some beer and winner takes all.
What do yall think? Just duct tape a mag light to your bike and your set

-The 8-ball is the set of short, flat, tight, and twisty single tracks located at the north end of the Des Plains River Trail.
Right off the Blue Line stop at O'hare

I don't have a SS, but I could throw one together for some hot mtb action.

I just got back from Kettle. I need my derailleurs for that kind of sh*t. I may be able to slap something together with the old hardrock frame in my basement.

no worries if you got gears, you won't use them.
The trials are very consistant with a few log jumps and no climbs which
makes for pretty fast laps. We're thinking mid to late October

Do it on a Saturday morning and I'm in. Although my beer money ought to go towards a fine Henrey Weinhardt's root beer.

I'll be the one not switching to the other 23 gears.
