My front wheel does not rotate in a completely perfrect rotation.
Like when I have the bike upsided down and am spinning the front wheel, it does a slight wobble to some degree. The back wheel spins just fine. Also....is WD-40 good for lubricating gears and wheels and such? I used it and well needless to say....the only thing u can here on that bike are the tires on the road. I was just wondering if i should use a more ''solid'' grease rather than a liquid lubricant.

WD-40 is more of a solvent than a lubricant. TriFlow is a light oil that's a good all-around lube. Finish Line Century is a good oil for wet-weather usage. Pedro's Ice Wax and Extra Dry are a couple of "dry" lubes if you want something that stays cleaner. Wiping off all the excess lube after applying it is a good idea, since the place where it's really needed is the insides of the chain, not the outside.

Your wheel needs truing, sounds like. Your local bike shop can evaluate it and give you a estimate. If you want to tackle it yourself, there are some instructions at Park Tool's site. (http://www.parktool.com/repair_help/howfix_truing.shtml) The task is not always an easy one if you've never done it before, so if the wheel starts getting worse instead of better, don't get in over your head. Know when to say "enough!" and hand it over to the LBS. ;)

Another possibility: your front wheel bearing could be loose. Try pushing the rim from side to side at the fork. It shouldn't "knock" and move back and forth.
