I just got my new bike (Kona Dew Deluxe) and it's got 700x37c tires on it. As I lack an accurate measuring device, I can't find out for myself. Anyone have a computer that's had to get this tire circumference manually? If so, it'd be great if you could post the numbers you got.

Why don't you try Sheldon Brown's site?
He has several pages on cycle computer calibaration and calibration charts for different computers and tires.

Based on my cateye calibration chart which gives 217cm for 700x35c and 218cm for 700x38c, the circumference for 700x37c should be 217.67cm interpolating linearly between these two values.

Depends on the tire. Some mfg's list the circumferences on the packaging. But simple measurement is the most accurate.
