i beleive it is made by Falcon cycles, check out their website www.falconcycles.co.uk/ im an owner of a CB mountain bike, CB do most of their dealing through dealers in other words trying to get hold of them is difficult
Check this place out as well, they are quite knowladgable and friendly if u phone them, http://www.bikecare.co.uk/cb/

I cycled for a few miles in the company of a guy riding a fairly new "Claude Butler San Remo" and he was very pleased with its performance, so far , he had , had no problems at all with it.
It certainly looked every inch a nice bike.
