http://imageheap.com/theheap/dies25.jpg (http://imageheap.com) It's called the Diesel Freeride by Trek and it sort of looks like my Bruiser 3. It's like the best in everything and it's about 4500. Its like an 03 one but wow I'd love to have this! Does anyone else on here have on!?

I wouldent say its the best in everything. In fact i wouldent even call it close, sure its a decent downhill bike, but nothing compared to other bikes.

My fav. all suspension is the session. How'd you brake your ankle?

Its a single pivot. There will be better bikes in that range. Its a pure dh bike. Wouldn't be a lot of fun on trails.

I broke it biking. I hit a jump, wasnt expecting the lip to shoot me straight up, so I was coming down in a manual so I jumped off and landed on my ankle. It was either flop over on my back as soon as I landed, or jump off and hurt my foot, i wasnt willing to risk hurting my back.

I know someone who has one. To get around the cons of a Single pivot rear suspension, you have to use things like the Chain torque eliminator and a floating brake arm to get around them. The only reason hes got it is because he used to be a rep for Trek.
