Mountain Biking - any one familiar with Manitou Swinger Air SPV 3-Way rear shock

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. I want to set up this rear shock for my new bike and want to make sure i do it right. There is apparently 3 ways to adjust this thing:Air, SPV Platform Pressure, and Rebound. The problem is i dont know which is which. I know that the blue dial is for rebound. Now there are two more adjustments to put air in. The black knob and red knob. Which is which? And what pressure should be on each? I have a medium bike and i weigh about 225lbs. Help me out so i can get out there and ride.

The blue knob adjusts rebound damping, the black air valve is for spring air pressure, and the red valve is for SPV pressure.
Here is the manual.
