Triathlon - the name says it all

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I've been reading quite a bit on these sites:
www.beginnertriathlete.com
www.trinewbies.com
I'm not as big as you, height or weight, but I suppose the same basics apply. Just get out there and start training like a mad man. If anything starts to hurt, then back off. :)
