Seems to me that riders of the Grand Boucle should have guys being window dressing like the podium girls do for Le Tour.

There were some "Grid guys" at a local car race last year. The guys were there to give trophies to the women drivers in the celebrity car race. Needless to say the guys weren't there this year, considering the audience is 75% male. Women aren't that interested in looking at half naked men. Men on the other hand could look at half naked women 24/7.

Hey - I'm all for equality - they should have guys doing Tampax commercials. "Hey Sam (deep voice) any ideas for a heavy flow day..........?"

I really thought this would stir up more response than it has, a reflection to the low profile womens bicycle racing has in the USA/World??? And while I'm all for poking fun at R. Simmons half the posts to this thread got off topic fast, guess thats free speech for ya. Me personally I don't care, I'd rather see the top 5 on the podium instead of 3 and distractions.
