I recently purchased a Schwinn 240-DSR mtb with a dual suspension. The front fork I believe is a SR Suntour XC-60 coil spring suspension or MCU (I'm not sure what MCU means?). The manual doesn't include anything on how to maintain the fork except to oil the dustseal every 25 hrs with teflon oil and have a dealer inspect it every 50 hrs to clean and grease service of the bushings? Could someone explain to me how to do this?

If anyone knows any tips on how to clean and maintain the suspension fork or rear suspension or any other maintence tips I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks!!!
