Hello from Fayetteville, GA(just south of Atlanta). I recently decided that I wanted to start cycling again and started researching bicycle information online. I was referred to bikeforums by Dirtbikedude68 on mybikesite.com. Thanks to Dirtbikedude68. I have quikly become addicted to bikeforums and all the information available here. I finally bought myself a new bike yesterday. After a couple posts of my own as well as other threads on bikeforums, endless research elsewhere on the internet, and visiting several LBS, I chose a Trek 1000T.
I have been out of cycling(as well as any other regular exercise)for 8-10 yrs. now. I am very excited about my new purchase, getting back into the sport, and getting back in shape.
I am sure that I will be a frequent visitor to this site looking for information, help, and advice. I would also like to meet other cyclists from my area.
