Hi Everyone!

As my username suggests, I live in Milford, Connecticut, close to the shoreline. I was a cyclist in college, quit riding for about 10 years, and have gotten back into it--seriously--over the last 3 years. Unfortunately, I was sidelined for 6 months due to medical reasons and didn't have the energy to do any form of exercise. But, I've been back on the bike for four weeks and am feeling great!!

To reward myself for beating the medical battle, I bought a brand new Cannondale R3000 Si (triple). Absolutely loving it! I've owned five Cannondale's over the years and am a loyalist.

(If your interested in knowing the story behind the story on the R3000, check out my reply to a post on the general forum regarding the cost of engagement rings).

Looking forward to interacting with many of you in the forums!

Yes we are, though the folks in PA cmake a partial claim since the bikes are made there!

Thanks for the welcome!
