Today I Did 12.3 Miles In Forty Minutes On Mostly Inclines/declines. What Should I Start Doing To Improve My Riding/training. My Goal Is To Register For A Tour/race Next Year. I Just Turned 35 And Started To Ride My Circa 1984 Ross Enhancer Ten Speed. I Use To Smoke On And Off For The Past 10 Years And I Want To Get Back Into Shape...I USUALLY RIDE 10 MILES A DAY (34-36 MINUTES)
