Web search yields very little information about these mechanical disc brakes by Shimano - even Shimano's web site reports "not found" when I do a search.
These came standard with my Kona Kikapu and I'm looking for technical docs to see how to adjust and maintain these brakes (my first foray into disk brake maintenance). Is this OEM equipment?
Thanks,
Pierre.
You should call them up on the phone 1-949-951-5003 (California). I did some quick searches and found nothing but German web site info (pdf's). Their website is crap for contact info but I found this number under the warranty page.

The best thing you can do is replace those with a set of Avid BB7s
