Hey Guys,
Just recently I got a new Trek 1000(road bike), and I love it. My goal is to start racing in road races eventually. I am 14 years old, have a small frame(5' 9" tall, 120 lbs), and am looking for a good training plan to help make me a great rider. I ride pretty much everyday around my neighborhood(it is really big), so I have been building my leg muscles. It would also be great to learn what kind of stuff I should be eating, and good before and after ride meals. Basically, I would like to know a good training plan and nutrition plan to help me get better for racing.
Thanks a lot,
Jake Byrd
