So have you seen the Gary Fisher logo with the fish riding a bicycle? I love it!
"Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever." By the man himself LA!
"If you can finish a race, there is no reason you cant win it" ~scott fader. He is a guy at my lbs who races cat 2 and used to race cat 1. I dont think it was intended to be like a quote but it is very inspirational.

There's no quotes of the episode, but I always find it amusing that Albert Hoffman (http://www.erowid.org/culture/characters/hofmann_albert/hofmann_albert.shtml) had the first "trip" (accidental) on a bicycle.

unx_pwr beat me to it too, and I also didn't know it was a Lance-ism.
I also like "I can't go on...I will go on" which is someone's sig on here.
Hey, Somebodies, where's your sig from? I like it! Sounds a bit like "The Green Mile", but I don't really think so.

Mom: Well... so what?
Dad: ...his legs. "

I happen to be fond of: "Every time I see an adult on a bicycle, I no longer despair for the future of the human race." HG Wells --- That is a great quotation but there is no proof that HG Wells said it. I have searched out every source I can find and even exchanged a series of emails with the HG Wells Society in England (www.hgwellsusa.50megs.com/UK/index.html) but NO one can cite an original source document for that quotation.

My favorite has to be from Ben Cousins' post (http://www.bikeforums.net/showpost.php?p=1313416&postcount=23) in the thread about everyone's favorite Phil Liggett phrase. The quote is:
"The morning of the Paris-Roubaix one year, I woke to find the Italian legend Ballerini riding around the car park on my power purple Pocket Rocket Pro. He was obviously impressed!"
(It's much funnier with the picture that accompanies it in the post)
