A great morning!!!! Did a metric century, (avg'ed 15.2 a personal best for me).

But ran out of water and stopped at a local mart at approximately mile 50. Well - this young guy came out and started a conversation, asked how far I was riding (told him 65 miles or so) and he said he used to ride when he was younger  I asked ' How old or you?' he replied 22. I aksed him why he doesn't ride now to which he replied : TOO OLD    I replied, 'H*** I'm 58!!!!!' :D

It doesn't matter how old you are, if you can't cut it, you don't do it.

"...and he said he used to ride when he was younger I asked ' How old or you?' he replied 22."

I think that the young man feels peer pressure to not be a "nurd".
