My lbs (one on one) has a faggin portofino (http://www.faggin.de/Produkte/cat_cross/PORTOFINO.htm) frame in red for $275. It's a 57 cm which would fit me perfectly (i'm currently on a too large 62 cm). I'm almost positive it has horizontal drops. The frame is in immaculate condition with only one minor nick in the paint that I could see. The guy said I'd probably need a new bottom bracket for it to work with my sugino crankset. If this is the case how much would I be looking at for a bottom bracket? Is it worth buying if everything I have will swap over? I've been looking at frames for a while now and this one is light, but more than I was looking to spend. I'm willing to shell out the dough if it's worth the cash though.

If it's the same bike as the one pictured, you're going to need an eccentric hub or BB.
