Alright my wheelset came with a taska, which will probably be replaced sometime in the future, but right now it has way too much play when you go to pedal away from a trick. It takes a while for it to engage. I know other freecoasters are pretty easy to adjust in that aspect, but i cant seem to figure out this one. Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look at

If you can afford it, ditch the taska, thet're poor quality, don't go for an odyssey hazard/haro turbine as they have very bad flaws that should have been picked up during testing.(if they were even tested at all.)
The suntour is a good one if looked after and I've heard good reports about the Nankai.:beer:

yeah I tried that link before...there is nothing on adjusting the slip though. And yes i am gonna ditch the taska, but i cant right now and i need it to work good at the moment.

If you want a smaller gap, try putting in another washer in where the others are. I dont know how to adjust slipping hubs as mine only lasted 3 days.

yeah i took the thing completely apart and I don't think it even has a slip adjustment. PIECE OF CRAP!
So you guys suggest not buying the haro turbine... why?
I was thinking about buying one as an upgrade from my stock Mirra 540 rear wheel...

The Haro is the same as the /odyssey.
The main problem is that they slip when you pedal, as the retaining springs are nowhere near the strength that they should be.
They also eat cog bearings, the sealed bearing is subjected to a sideways load every time you pedal and it's not designed for that.
The cones strip out easily.
